The app supports participants in a live performance by synchronising show timing and playing locally stored audio and torch cues.

Certain permissions are required for the app’s performance functions. These permissions are used only for the purposes described below.
Camera permission may be required to control the device’s flashlight. The app does not take, record, access or transmit photographs or video.
Wi-Fi permissions allow the app to connect to an approved local performance network or venue timing hub.
On some older Android versions, the operating system requires location permission for certain Wi-Fi connection functions. The app does not use this permission to determine, record or transmit your location.
The app may check battery status, volume, screen brightness, time settings and torch availability. These checks occur locally and are not transmitted to FORM.
Before a performance, the app may communicate with public network-time services, currently including Cloudflare’s public NTP service, to calculate a clock adjustment. It may also communicate with a local venue performance hub when that mode is selected.
These connections involve ordinary technical network information, such as an IP address, being visible to the relevant network or service operator. FORM does not collect, store or use that information through the app.
The app does not transmit personal information or usage analytics to FORM.

This information supports the performance and recovery from an interrupted session. It is not uploaded to FORM. It can be cleared using the app’s reset function or by uninstalling the app.
FORM does not receive, sell or share personal information through the app. Because the app does not collect personal information on FORM’s servers, FORM does not retain personal information from app users.
Operational information stored locally remains on the device until it is reset, replaced or removed with the app.
If the way the app handles information changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated. The revision date shown at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
